My journey began in a small rural farming village in Gujarat, where I learned to cook, even before I could read, at the feet of my “ma” and “ba”. A pinch of this and a dash of that. No recipes or notes, just the most wonderful, aromatic and delicious items from the freshest ingredients (directly picked from our yards) made for a family or a neighborhood. The same consistent flavor and taste every single time. No compromises, ever!
